Four builds. All live.

01Client engagement

Back-office automation

Active, production pilot

Sole technical consultant to a commercial concrete-paving contractor. AI that reads photographed invoices and matches them to jobs, a payroll pipeline that flags only the timecards that break a rule, and a live fleet tracker the crew runs from the yard. Built to eliminate twenty-plus hours a week of hand-keying.

FirstMile

Live, in beta

An AI running coach that coaches by effort, not pace. Chat and a vision form check on Claude, subscription billing wired end to end. Five hundred requests at full success in its first hour.

Keystone

In daily use

A self-hosted workspace that gives AI coding agents a memory and a plan. Eighteen tools over MCP: a memory graph and a task orchestrator. I use it every day.

Angles

Live

A no-login app for live shows. The crowd pools clips through a QR code and swipes a ranked feed; the venue gets an AI-cut recap reel, grounded so it never invents a moment that was not filmed.
